Big Knobs!

Hi..

Does anybody know where you can get hold of the 'alpha dial' style knobs with
the finger hole in them, as used on Kurzweil K2000, Korg Wavestation, ham
radio gear etc.
I was thinking of using them on a control desk that I'm building; attach the
dial to a multi-turn pot for rapidly adjusting to a precise setting (eg VCF
resonance set _right_ on the edge), as you can spin them really fast if you
practice.

I've tried RS, Farnell, Maplin, Rapid, Newark and Mouser; no luck from any of
them.
