For Sale: 2ea Sequential Circuits Model 700 Programmers
These are used as external programmers for monophonic analog synths. They
are from the late 1970's, made just before the Prophet 5 was introduced.
They work very well with unmodified Minimoogs, Korg MS20's, and modulars
such as ARP 2600's, Roland 100M's, and Moog systems, but will also work with
just about any other CV synth, often with very little or no modification to
the synth.
* Lots of knobs
* 64 program locations, can be stepped thru with a trigger or gate (analog
sequencer!)
* Two 5-stage envelopes (DADSR), each with programmable envelope level
* Three programmable general-purpose CV's which can track keyboard CV (or
not)
* has both 1/4" and 1/8" jacks for all CV inputs and outputs
* Inputs for both S-Trig (Moog) and V-Trig (everything else) are provided
Includes owner's manual and full schematic diagrams. In excellent cosmetic
condition and fully functional. These units were first owned by renowned
session bassist/synthesist Leon Gaer, then by a former Sequential Circuits
factory-authorized service tech (me).
I will take offers on them for a while, then sell them to the highest
bidder(s). I'm also open to trades. If you're wondering, serious bids will
start at $400 plus (each).
Please include your name and phone number in your reply. I will keep
interested parties updated on the bidding progress.
