I have a bunch of 3340 VCOs that will NOT hard sync properly, hence are "rejects" for VCOs. However, 
they make GREAT temperature compensated VCLFOs, or VCOs WITHOUT hard sync (they will "soft sync").

These are 100% tested. All 3 outputs (saw, tri, pulse w/PWM) work to spec.
