fatman midi-cv: is it really hz/volt?

	The midi to cv is linear. The midi spec is very limited 
	note range is about 4 octaves and pitch bend is fixed
	to +/- 1 semitone and that's your lot. 

	As a synth its pretty good. Opens up a lot of scope
	for modifications,
