..but one oblique solution if you want to drive it by midi is to use the
midi channel in question to drive a d*gital module making a basic simple
string sound, then square this up and feed it to a frequency to voltage
convertor.....
I have used this approach in an emergency when a MS20 which has the same
inputs as a CS series synth had to be sequenced by midi, the MS20 has the
audio to hz/V convertor built in, and a trigger running off the audio in.
you should be able to drive it from any analog 'row of pots' sequencer but
the notes will be very crowded down one end, and the settings won't match
the settings for the other gear.
Useless suggestion: Korg made an adaptor for this....but I havn't got one.
also, Kenton have an add on that does this.
