Hi People,
Well the EPROM archive is now looking good for most sizes of ROM's,
the vanilla 2764 dearth has been sorted out by Doug Forbes' generosity
(many thanks Doug <g>).
The list of what is held is now:
Digisound VCDO;
Elektor Quantisizer;
Elektor MIDI-CV Converter;
Doepfer MIDI-merge;
and finally, the PPG Wave 2.2 waveforms are now available as
full-cycle waves for use in either highly modified VCDO circuitry or
else in the circuit that Paul Maddox is currently designed. They come
normally on 27128's, however due to the fact that I don't have any my
current stock is on 27C256's and Paul reports that they work fine. The
waveforms use 128 bytes per wave cycle, giving them a pretty high
resolution, and there's 128 of them on the ROM. If anyone on the list
list wants to start a FAQ, if there isn't one already, then it would
probably be a good idea to add this data to it.
It is possible that I'm going to start branching out into OS ROM's for
commercial synths, it does depend a bit on what people want.
