Table Saws and aluminum

Just get a 'non-ferrous metal cutting' blade (I would be careful using a blade 
intended for wood, the tooth pattern, angle etc is different). I have 
successfully made 9x3 Digisound-type panels by rivetting 2 pieces of 1.5 inch 
angle. It works really well and provides the support for mounting the pcb. I 
made a specific cross-cut jig for the table saw to do this.
