Speaking of Reichelt: 
I have bought a lot from them, and I can recommend them very much.
They also carry a lot of Japanese chips, including the dual transistors
that were widely used in Korg and Roland synths (don't have the number
now). Haven't used them yet, but they should not be worse than a 3086,
and the pinout is much more convenient.
They have listed the pnp dual that was used in many Korg's and Roland's
as well, but unforzunately, they ran out of these.
