Rick Jansen's Temperature Regulator

Howdy, all.
I have been hacking my GR-300 guitar synth again!!!

I'm too tired to write a detailed description of what I've been doing so
I'll get right to the point.

For my -log(1/x) circuit I'm using an LM3046 transistor array with the
temperature regulation from Rick Jansen's Moog filter. This is the circuit
where the other three transistors in the 3046 (other than the two used for
the actual calculation) are used to sense the temperature of and heat up
the 3046, regulating the temperature. My experiments seem to indicate that
which transistor is the heater, which one is the clamp, and which one is
the heater makes a BIG difference, like the difference between it working
and not. What I need to know from people who have built the Formant filter
is what the pinouts are on the schematic of the temperature regulator. I've
already tried two different combinations. One was completely inoperative,
and one seemed to kind of work, but was very slow to correct the temp.

Thanks ahead of time! Bedtime.
