Possible but tough. Have you called any local machine shops? They might
have one of those big sheetmetal cutters (I fortunately have one
available at my college). Sometimes if places like this are cool they'll
cut it for free and you might even be able to get scraps from them. On
that note, you could call a university. Tech departments have all the
equipment and tons of scrap usually. I find all my aluminum in the
recycle bins behind the Tech department here. Good luck.
