ASM-1: Mat02 or LM394?

Probably what I should have said in the ASM-1 is "the MAT-02 or something
like it". Any part that is supposed to be a well-matched NPN pair with a
mention of "logarithmic converters" in its list of suggested applications
should do fine. Remember that I've found that a couple of randomly-picked
2N3904's works pretty good so a well-matched pair can only be better.
