i certainly havn't, but if i had to & had your probs i would try
*ferrite beads on one or more legs of the transistors/fets
*using an uncompensated op amp and putting an adjustible trimmer cap across
the compensation terminals
*bypass caps under the board across the power pins on the chip
prob. hopelessy disruptive to measure around that fet even with the x10
setting on your scope probe.....but perhaps tack on a 10M resistor to its
tip and poke away....you might see something before it takes off..
when i get hopelessy bogged i re-read Bob Pease on Analog
