give it a second thought. 

you're going to have to drill LOTS and LOTS of holes. unless you're clever
enuff to build the PC-controlled drill, it was described on the cover of (i
think) 'electronics now', i think (maybe? help!) craig anderton had
something to do with it. it moves around your board for you then it stops
and you push the drill thru it.

and if it's double-sided.... you'll have to make sure all the holes from the
one side match with the other side!!!!  ARGH!!!!!!!!!!
