It is just a keyboard. You need to build an interface circuit
to get CV and gate outputs. Paia may have a circuit for it.

AGO = American Guild Of Organists. They set a standard for
organ keyboards in the 1950s which the world still follows
(except for portable and low-cost keyboard instruments.......).
