WTD: Digisound CV ADSR PCB Layout

Hello All,

I have a couple of CEM3310s that I would like to use for ADSRs.  I have the
article for the Digisound ADSR, but no PCB layout.  I was wondering if one
of you kind readers would be willing to send me a scan or xerox of it.
