Formant documentation in Word

     FWIW, I assembled the main document (12-chapter+appendices) from 
     Anders' text andimages into a Microsoft Word95 (7.0) document.  I 
     replaced the table of contents with one generated by Word.  It's a 
     biggie--33 Megs!
     
     If someone is interested, I can FTP it to any site that can spare 3.4 
     Meg for the ZIP file.  My website is already pushing the quota.
