I goofed on the email address.  Sorry about the server BS.

I *will* be posting something more interesting in the future.

I am working on another wierd PLL project.  Should be a kind of odd
phasing thing.  Right now it accepts an LFO to modulate it's output.
When mixed with the signal fed to the PLL input, I get a rather
pronounce flanger effect.  I am trying to use an XOR gate inside the
loop fed by a square LFO to force the PLL's VCO up in frequency.
