Any more word on the schematic? I'd like to see this.

Also, I have questions about the MOOG VCF: 

I'm thinking of putting together a "premium" VCF based loosely on Rick
Jansen's schematic. I have ZERO transistor data here; could anyone
suggest a more readily available (in the US) 2Nxxxx device? 

What's the recommended setup for "matching" these?

Would it be in any way preferable to use MAT02 type devices? I'd like
to maximize integration here, because I plan to build several for a
portable multivoice synth. Ideal would be a 6 transistor IC array.
