can anybody tell me if there exists something like a voltage
   controllable capacitor ?

I need one with a large range (and pretty precise if possible).

What's the application? Sounds potentially interesting!

A reversed-biased diode is a voltage controlled capacitor, but only
for very tiny capacitance values.

Do you need it floating, or can one terminal be grounded? The latter
is a lot easier.

But in general... look closely at the schematic of the Vox/CryBaby/
Maestro Wah-wah pedal and be inspired. (No it's not voltage
controlled, it's pot controlled, but the extrapolation is pretty
clear.)
