Top octave divider chips

I've checked that, but neither of them had any apparent power
problems.
One possible solution might be that those chips are very sensitive to
transients.
Since it's not possible to use these synths even with only one of the
chips dead, it seems likely that they all went in one go. (7 were
blown on the PolyMoog).
