Yeap. That makes 1200 cents for an octave. The multiplicationfactor
for 1 cent is therefore

       1
     (----)
a = 2 1200  = 1.0005777....

a semi note is much higher

             100       1
     100    (----)    (--)
b = a    = 2 1200  = 2 12  = 1.05946309...

Now, that may not be what you asked, but migth good to recall at
times...

Did ya know that it only takes a 24 bit phase accumulator to generate
accurate frequencies for all 128 MIDI notes with 0 to 99 cents bending
with a precision of about 0.025 cent as a absolute maximum... naw, ya
didn't know that by heart, rigth? :)
