VCA SSM2018

The SSM2018 has been arround for a while and is used in some pro audio gear.
It's main "bug" is the need for a reasonably sized cap'(2ufd) at the control pin to reduce low 
frequency distortion.  If you use a resistive divider to scale the control votage this could 
increase the minimum attack etc times.  I think Sony patented a system for getting over this (try a 
QPAT search for ssm)
