MAT0x and TL op amps

Hi all,

Two general questions for the more elctronically 
proficient...

A. Where can I obtain  MAT0x  (Analog Devices) chips 
at the lowest price?

B. What are the differences, if any, in the newer 
TL07x series and the TL08x series op amps.  The 
TL07x's are supposedly 'low noise JFETs', while the 
TL08x's are 'JFET-input' op amps.  When would you NOT 
want to use either one and when would one be 
appropriate but not the other.  You don't have to be 
techy if you have practical experience to share.
