Look for PIA16.ZIP... it's mirrored on many sites, you could use ftp search
http://ftpsearch.unit.no/ to locate the one nearest to you... it runs on
windows, and is really easy to use |:-)

You'll find everything there from drawing the PCB to building an exposure
