sh2 help needed

Hello, 
i got your address from sonicstate. A friend of mine (NO internet) is
interested in repairing his SH2.
The problem is that one of its two oscillators does *NOT* function. The
reason is a BAD 10-pin circular IC with a code number FUA 726HC 7923.
He cannot locate this IC anywhere around. 
Is there any advice U might have???
Any suggestions. Do U perhaps have the schematics??
