What VCO / VCF

I'm starting from scratch in making a modular synth
I was looking at :

I don't have much info on these products.  I know the harris will work.
The rest how ever I have no info on yet.  If anyone knows anthing about
these products please send back a yeh or neh and why.


CEM's and SSM's seem too hit and miss to find. That is why I'm choozing
these products, there in big supply.
