TI chips ...

[Duane R Balvage]

       Hello, all -


           Anyone know what these chips are?



               Texas Instruments



               TMS3631AN2L   (there are 2 in my synth)

               TMS7000N2L -2 (there is 1 in my synth)



           I assume the TMS7000... is the microcontroller, and that the other

       two are SRAM. Anyone know where to get these, possibly? I am trying to

       fix a DK600 without the benefit of schematics for the digital board.


              Any information would be helpful!
