I used to use a program called SOUND SMITH which was an
8 bit 16 ? Channel tracker and I believe that it could be used
as a sequencer as well.

I don't believe that it was a fully functional sequencer but I do
believe that it could send MIDI out? I'm not sure...

Just some thoughts from my days in middle school.

BTW If your GS doesn't have a memory card then it is can only run
Apple //e programs. It takes to memory card to get that glorius
8-bit sound and 16 color graphics. The only advantage a GS without
a memory card has over a //e is that the GS can run 3 times faster.

I am aware of no programs for the //e.

I hope you have luck with the GS and the two //e's and would like to
hear how it goes.

I've got a GS but no memory card so if you or anyone knows where *I*
could get one... *shrug*
