Jx-3p, Juno -106 needing tuning

Hello, (This Q: has been asked to AH maillist.  )
        Hear is a good question that I have yet to have answered.

        My friend and I have 106 and Jx synths'.  all of our synths' are way out of tune!  Some keys are play lower notes then others and some keys don't play at all.  I am aware that the 6X8 trim pots on the left  side of the mian PCB controls this but.  Where can I find a tuning procedure.

Any responce will be greatly appreciated.

PS oh! and this problem of strange notes doesn't happen when you play through MIDI.
