well, i understand that this is a DIY list, but there's a small swedish company 
that makes these things for roland's juno 60.  they're called nulogic.  here's 
their web page:

a friend of mine bought one from them and he loves it.  they make a box that 
will also control the VCF through MIDI.  the VCF version is $189 USD and the 
standard box is $135 USD.
