P-5 rev.1.......

I'm trying to fix a P-5 rev 1. Problem is to get the processor system
to work properly. The read/write outputs from the Z80 are dead... 
I have checked the PSU, CPU, reset circuit and nearly everything
connected to the cpu apart from the proms. 
Also verified that no lines on the addr./data-bus are stuck. NMI is
not stuck either.
Anyone that can give a hint of how to proceed??
