SAD 1024 and SAD 4096

Hi JBV !

In the excellent book Electronic Music Circuits By Barry Klein there 
are reprints of the preliminary datasheet for the SAD4096 and 
SAD1024.

No, the pinouts are not the same, so no replacement .

4  nc

8  out A

9  out A'
10 Vdd
11 nc
12 nc
13 nc
14 signal in
15 nc
16 clock phase 2

Other characteristics seem the same, except clock speeds 8kHz iso 1k5 
min to 1MHz iso 1M5 .  There is also a note warning that at 70°C the 
minimum clock speed is 250KHz :)
