You have a Category-Zero error. Press-N-Peel relies on the remelt 
characteristics of laser/copier toner. It won't work at all with
ink jet, which is a water based pigment.

I use Press-N-Peel all the time, and it's doggone near 100% reliable
down to 15 mil lines.
