Almost. There are some circuits that won't work with the
LM13x00 stuff, like the Electronotes VCAs which need an
individual negative supply pin for each individual OTA.
But that's the only exception I know.
Replacing a 13600 or 13700 with two 3080s also works
*if*
(1) you don't need matched parameters,
(2) you don't need the diodes,
(3) you don't need the buffers.
