OTAs, 2 x CA3080s = 1x LM13700?

Aye, I've got a few circuits from the synth-diy series "The Mix" has
been running since the beginning of the year, and they use loads of
CA3080s all over the place. Is it possible to replace 2 ca3080s with 1
lm13700? (they are the same thing, aren't they?).

Incedentally, I've just found an old Jupiter 4 in one of the cupboards
at college, but it's terribly out of tune. Just thought I'd mention
it...
