Fatman-Problem: MicroController not working

Hi!

Now I have assembled my FatMan. But it is not working completely. I am not
a specialist in electronics. So I can assemble kits and understand the "how
does it work" description but I am far away from constructing any own
circuits. I hope someone here can help me.

The analog section seems to be OK. When I turn the ADSR-Value to maximum
the FatMan sounds continiously. Is that OK?
But the digital section is not working. I have checked all wiring and
soldering. I have checked every chip, too by testing it in my midi2cv8 from
Paia which has a similar design. I compared the signals of some places from
the Midi2cv8 with the Fatman. At the Midi2cv8 I found a Pulse coming from
the MicroController driving the Multiplexer chip 4051. I expected to find a
similar signal at these Pins (14 and 15) on the MicroController of the
FatMan, but nothing happens. Can I conclude from this that the
MicroController is not working at all?
The Chip is OK so I guess that my self programmed Eprom is defect, or are
there other possebilities?

I am not a specialist in electronics. So I can assemble kits and understand
the "how does it work" description but I am far away from constructing my
own circuits.

BTW, are there any FatMan users in Germany? That could possibly make the
diagnosis easier.

Thanks, Heiko
