1/4 vs 1/8 sockets

So far I haven't found anyting that comes close to the Switchcraft
"Tiny-Jax" 1/8" (3.5mm) units.  They're available from Digi-Key, Mouser,
Allied, Newark (I believe Farnell for you folks across the pond), and
probably others.

I've used them for years but have found that they still get dirty and
need regular cleaning (couple times a year regular). Never seen one
fail....yet.  They make 'em switched for normalized connections but not
a stereo (3 cond.) unit.

Regardless of my affection for them, I've still decided to go with
banana for my new modular....

I'll give you a # for any of the above distributors if you need it.
