Yes I have tried it!
If you can use a 7915/7815 in a Sequential Pro1 and
that works fine isn't that a seriuos use?
If you use a 7915/7815 as the main powersupply for
a modular system there are indeed much more better solutions.
LM317/337,723 and others....
