Power Supplies?

I don't find the 7815 and 7915 to be a problem. However, it is always a
good idea to decouple locally each IC. I use a 47ohm resistor feeding a
10uF elec cap for each supply rail to each chip. Sometimes an
additional 10nF cap across the +ve and -ve power pins of the chip.

However, if you do want something more stable, eg. the -5volt supply of
CEM3340, then try a 723 with external voltage reference like a ref-02.
Mind you, the power supply is not normally the weakest link in analogue
synths. The expo convertors are usually the main source of worry.
