Blacett frequency divider

Hi..

	I just picked up the schematic for this from Synthfool's site; does anyone 
have details on how the panel was laid out on the original? Also, any 
interesting applications? I thought of speaking into the divider and 
feeding the output to the clock CV of a sequencer....
