Try the ISOCOM H11F1/2/3 optofet optoisolator. The fet resistance varies from 100R to 300M (claimed to 
have a 99.9% linearity) They are just over 2-50 from farnell and RS in the UK. ISOCOM have a data 
sheet on the web.
