Original Vactec Vactrols are a bit hard to find. Newark has them but can be
a difficult company to deal with.

All they are is a CdS cell and an LED sealed face-to-face in black epoxy.
You could always make your own.....I do it all the time, and the result 
works just as well as the expensive Vactrols. Dual cells are available--they
are just a single element with a center-tap.
