Paul,

I've recently purchased an Express XT, replacing a very old 360 Systems
MIDI Patcher. I've found it quite good for the price. Only sore spot is
the installation software. I tried to install it onto my corporate
supplied pentium laptop and it said that it can not install to a
'networked' PC. I then tried onto one of my home computers running Windows
95 and it wouldn't install there. I fresh installed Windows 95 and did get
the drivers to install properly!

I've setup my PAIA MIDI interface to allow me to drive my ASM-1 from
Cakewalk! Works great!

One other thought is that your b. statement is not completely accurate.
The Express XT runs on PC or Mac or even both at the same time.

Bob
