No PAiA EKx

In case anybody's wondering, I asked John Simonton, "honcho" of PAiA
Electronics about the EKx kits and if any were sold any more.  He told me
there were no more EKx things for lack of Curtis Chips, so they aren't
making the circuit boards any more either.  Hopefully Paul Schreiber's
boards will fill in the gap.
