Rack mounting

Bud Industries makes these nice table-top racks that come in 24" and
31" high flavors.  I have the 31" one that is about 10" deep at the base,
and then tapers up to about a 3 inches deep at the top.  The rear of the
cabinet is completely open.  For US$100.00, its a good deal for 31" of
