Re the books by MK Berry:

Yes, the book is  published by Bernard Babani BP81 and its called
'Electronic Synthesiser Projects' It was published in 1981. Its awful. But
it may give you some ideas. ISBN number 0 85934 056 2.

He also did another called ' Electronic Music and creative tape recording'.
This one I haven't got, one is enough. With the first one there should be a
list of errata produced by the publishers, however, there's plenty more
things to be found. Just the thing if you ever get bored on a long winter's
evening.
