OK, take a deep breath and deal with me for a moment, please! :))
heres the poop:
I have the analog section ( the part that squawks) of a tb303 built. (no, i am
not selling them yet) Sounds like the real deal, BUT, as we all know, the charm
is in sequencer.
If you would please direct yourself to the mainboard schematics and follow
along to the microprocessor.
ok, since i dont have a 303 in front of me, i am having a HELL of a time trying
to decipher what flags the uP was using for the different variables and how it
was performing the various feats such as the glide up/down.
Now, if i am correct, the slide status is connector #8 on the right side of the
mainboard scheme. This goes high and opens a 4066 bilateral switch which
changes the gain on the DAC'd input of the VCO (!?)
Accent is #7.
GATE is of course #9.
AND lastly, pins #1 through #6 are note data ie what note is being played.
BUT, on the uP, what data does pins 18 and 19 store to the ram?? is this slide
up/down data?
Someone please speculate and elaborate so i can finish the sequencer part.
Pierre G. or Paul, you might know something of this...
Thanx a mint!
