Moog ladder filter vs Wah Wah pedal filter

Hello,
      I did'nt realise it was a bandpass filter but now you mention it I can
see/hear what you mean! Its not that I don't like the sound, I just kinda
thought the ladder filter would be an an improvment ( Under the false asumption
that the Crybaby was a LP filter aswell ). Anyway I shall torment my Crybaby no
more with silly talk of interal surgery! I did try to find a pedal to buy but
they were all plastic (not going to last long with me hurtling towards in mid
gurn ).

Anyway the reason I thought the ladder filter wouldn't need temp compensation
is if its controlled by a foot pedal doesn't realy matter about drift because
you just move it where you wan't it? But a bit of stability would be nice.

A 19in rack sounds cool, I could add bits as I go along.
