The Crybaby (along with most other wah pedals) is a high-Q bandpass filter,
whereas the Moog is a lowpass filter. I'm not sure that it would sound
'better' than the Crybaby's own filter; that would depend a lot on what you
were planning to put through it.
My suggestion would be perhaps to build a separate foot pedal containing
the Moog filter, or even just build the cct in a normal box so you can try
it out; I don't think it's really worth gutting the Crybaby unless you
_really_ don't like the sound.
