Web on over to www.ivex.com and download their schematic CAD program 
as well as their PC Board layout program.  Both are totally free to 
use but only support 100 pins ( ie: 50 resistors, 33.3 pots, etc.. )

Their 200 Pin version costs about $30US and you can go up to 
600-something for about $500

All versions of the software are full and functional - libraries 
including tubes and analog ICs!!!  When you hit the hundredth pin, you 
loose the ability to save or print.
